Science National Honor Society is an organization that advanced science students must apply to be accepted into. Qualifications include outstanding performance in Advanced Placement or dual enrollment science courses and active participation on the Science Olympiad team. The Science Olympiad team is open to all White County High School students. The team competes at the regional tournament in early spring and spends the year engineering and studying for the tournament events. Top 3 teams in the region will go on to the state tournament.
